Thanksgiving Day

December 1, 2010

Thanksgiving Day was fun,..

Fun to set the table.

Fun to make place cards for each guest (excuse the two napkins at Grandma’s place, I was trying to figure out where to place them and I’m completely indecisive…)

Fun to create special place mats for the little girls…

Fun to see the cousins together.

Fun to cook and fun to eat!

Two Little Love Bugs…

November 2, 2010

Ruby, our little “Bee”, dressed up as a Bumblebee this year and so did her best buddy, Joshua.

(precious photo taken by Joshua’s Daddy!)

Two little bumblebees buzzing around….they loved their outfits!

What fun it was this year,…we met a bunch of our new neighbors. Ruby and Joshua ran to each door knocking, doing their best to say, “Trick or Treat!”. The neighbors on our street loved the two bumblebees…and they definitely got extra candy, I think it had something to do with how cute these little bees were… just a hunch!

How sweet….and now to get rid of all the sweets in our house!!

Two little Love Bugs,…

An Announcement from Ruby!

October 18, 2010

Little Miss Ruby Leigh has something she’d like to share,…

she’s going to be a BIG SISTER!

Ruby’s little sibling is due to arrive sometime around the beginning of April!

We’re so excited to FINALLLLLY share the precious news!

I’ve been insanely exhausted, (WOW! How different it is being pregnant with an active toddler at your feet!) but the exhaustion is beginning to pass and I can feel that second spurt of 2nd trimester energy  coming on!

Ruby has been precious,…she’s knows where the baby is and will point to my belly,  always giving it a kiss! My belly is beginning to pop out at 16 weeks and it’s starting to hit me that we’ll have another munchkin oh so very soon! Unbelievable,…what an amazing gift and blessing from God. We can’t be more thankful, thrilled, and excited.
