Puff Pancakes!

As cute little K has begun to say when she eats something yummy,….”Num, num, num, num, nummmmm…”.

Who wants regular, old, flat pancakes when you can have PUFF pancakes?!
I found this fun, new alternative to the, All-American, Saturday morning staple, on Slashfood’s site and made them just this past weekend.

Slashfood actually found the recipe through Baker’s Banter, a blog spawning off of King Arthur’s Flour. If you haven’t ever heard of that King Arthur flour, it’s pretty good. All natural and of great quality, you can check it out at Trader Joe’s.

So today you are getting a recipe, from me, that I got from Slashfood, that Slashfood got from King Arthur’s Blog, that King Arthur’s blog got from a New York Times article, which was published over 40 years ago. Whew! That’s a mouthful!

You can tell it’s gonna be good when it came from a string of people that all say its fabulous; especially when it’s pulled from an article that reaches back to over 40 years ago!

So don’t be scared, try it out!! It was quick, easy, and called for very basic ingredients! You can view the recipe here and also view the pictorial recipe here.

Have fun and let me know how it turns out!!
